Adecco is assisting a client in Bedminster, NJ with finding a part-time Admin to assist in their office. This role is onsite and will consist of 20 hours a week over the course of 2.5 days. The Job description is below, if you have previous administrative experience apply now!
Issue and track customer units for services
Arrange for movement of customer's equipment
Review customer purchase order for services required
Enter data to complete services
Identify additional work performed beyond the scope of original quote
Respond to customer inquiries regarding job status, review with management or technician and relay to customer as required.
Shipping and receiving experience, packing of equipment, coordinating/scheduling with FedEx and UPS World ship
Experience using UPS, FedEx, management information system databases, or other CRM experience a plus.
Demonstrate excellent work ethic and multi-tasking skills
Exhibits meticulous attention to detail and committed to producing accurate and high-quality work
Ability to consistently arrive timely to customer locations and office
