Responsibilities
  • Handle data entry into the system, run weekly and monthly reports and forward to appropriate departments
  • Draft and send out internal and external correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings and events, work with external vendors to handle event logistics
  • Assist with new-hire onboarding process; ensure work station is ready, all accounts and logins are generated, all the necessary supplies have been ordered
  • Manage office supply inventory

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Prior office or administrative experience/internship
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral)
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
