The Customer Service Representative (CSR) handles inbound calls from members who have legal concerns and need to discuss their legal options with an attorney at the law firm. The CSR will gather all of the appropriate information and provide instructions to the customer to expect a return call from an attorney within the law firm.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:
Handles a high volume of inbound calls to assist membership base
Opens legal matters by gathering appropriate information
Updates member demographic information
Communicates with various departments throughout the day to assist members as needed
Meets daily and monthly call quotas and compliance requirements
Adheres to all firm guidelines and policies
Requirements of the Customer Service Representative:
No degree required
Minimum 1-year inbound/outbound call center experience
Must have excellent customer service skills and be detail-oriented
Must have reliable fast speed internet
Ability to type and talk while assisting members
Ability to prioritize and manage time appropriately to meet all daily goals
