TechYard Recruitment Boston is working with an exciting MS Consultancy who is looking to hire a Functional Manager in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.

Location: US, Boston, this role requires someone who can travel to the Boston office a minimum of 3 days per week.

Working with a new exciting Microsoft Consultancy, focused on leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to drive digital transformation. With a strong emphasis on generative AI capabilities through Microsoft's Copilot, they aim to accelerate revenue growth, modernize customer service, spur innovation, and optimize supply chains for our clients.

The Role

The Manager, of Dynamics Customer Engagement Consulting, is pivotal in bridging client aspirations with the technological excellence of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). This role demands a leader adept at guiding client projects to fruition, with a deep dive into D365 products like Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, and Customer Insights. Your role is critical in configuring D365 CE to not just meet but exceed client expectations, transforming their business processes and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Client Vision & Implementation: Act as the functional lead on client projects, translating visions into dynamic, effective Dynamics 365 CE solutions.

D365 CE Mastery: Expertly configure and customize D365 CE across its various modules to optimize client business processes.

Travel Engagement: Travel to client meetings and some internal team gatherings is required, typically less than 25% of the time, with occasional surges to 50%. Your flexibility and willingness to travel are essential in fostering strong client and team relationships.

Certification and Continuous Learning: Stay ahead with Microsoft certifications, ensuring the highest standards of knowledge and practice in our projects.

Collaborative Excellence: Work seamlessly with clients and internal teams, promoting a culture of collaboration and success.

Qualifications

Proven Dynamics 365 Experience: 5+ years in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement with a record of successful project leadership.

Microsoft Certification: MB-910 (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals Customer Engagement Apps) certification. Highly experienced Dynamics 365 consultants without this certification will be considered but certification will be expected within 90 days of employment.

Preferred Certifications: MB-210 (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales), MB-230 (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service), PL-900 (Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals), and PL-200 (Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant) certifications are highly desirable.

Strategic Problem Solving: Skill in designing scalable, efficient solutions that address complex business needs.

Effective Communication: Exceptional ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
