Essential Functions:
- Personnel management including preparation of Employee Reviews, Senior technical support, and training of junior personnel
- Project review, project audits, and tracking sheets
- Forecast preparation, tracking, and execution
- Ensuring compliance with company, government, OSHA, and other regulations
- Timesheet review/approval, Employee expense review/approval
- Managing 15?20 projects with an average billability goal of 50%
- Responsible for overall office profitability and efficiency, including managing all financial aspects of the business including profit and loss
- Supporting business development efforts including marketing efforts
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Science (i.e. Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, etc).
- 10+ Years experience in Environmental Consulting
- 5+ Years experience in personnel management
- Experience interacting with clients and project management
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills
- A charismatic, team player with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience using Deltek Vision is a plus
