Job Description:

Our client, a Fortune 500 Electric Utilities company, is seeking an Organizational Change Management Consultant to support several IT initiatives such as ServiceNow and other technical & application-related projects impacting end users. This is a long-term, contract opportunity and the resource is expected to work a hybrid/work from home schedule from Louisville, KY or Allentown, PA locations.

From a change perspective, the biggest impacts will be on IT (versus business), so this person should have significant experience in IT-focused projects.

Key responsibilities:
  • Utilize standard templates to prepare a change impact analysis for each project.
  • Use standard templates to Identify key stakeholders and prepare a stakeholder analysis.
  • Identify communications and training needs.
  • Work with the Communications lead to prepare communications.
  • Prepare presentations for senior leaders, as needed for the projects.
  • Provide status updates on a regular basis.

Required Qualifications:
  • Understanding of projects that primarily impact IT.
  • Significant change management experience in IT-focused projects (such as ServiceNow).
  • Minimum of 8 years performing change management on enterprise technology projects
  • Significant experience completing a change impact analysis (Note: I would like to see a sample if possible)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Team player who works and collaborates well with others
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment
  • Experience developing or working with business requirements
