Our client, a Fortune 500 Electric Utilities company, is seeking an Organizational Change Management Consultant to support several IT initiatives such as ServiceNow and other technical & application-related projects impacting end users. This is a long-term, contract opportunity and the resource is expected to work a hybrid/work from home schedule from Allentown, PA or Louisville, KY locations.
From a change perspective, the biggest impacts will be on IT (versus business), so this person should have significant experience in IT-focused projects.
Key responsibilities:
Utilize standard templates to prepare a change impact analysis for each project.
Use standard templates to Identify key stakeholders and prepare a stakeholder analysis.
Identify communications and training needs.
Work with the Communications lead to prepare communications.
Prepare presentations for senior leaders, as needed for the projects.
Provide status updates on a regular basis.
Required Qualifications:
Understanding of projects that primarily impact IT.
Significant change management experience in IT-focused projects (such as ServiceNow).
Minimum of 8 years performing change management on enterprise technology projects
Significant experience completing a change impact analysis (Note: I would like to see a sample if possible)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Team player who works and collaborates well with others
Experience working in a matrixed environment
Experience developing or working with business requirements
