Job Description:

A Global Tech Company is Looking to Hire a Change Manager for a 6 MONTH HYBRID W2 CONTRACT - APPLY TODAY!

**CANDIDATE MUST BE LOCAL TO SAN JOSE, CA AS THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE**

$$: $70-80/hr. DOE

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage Change Initiatives: Implement change management practices to ensure successful adoption of strategic initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to assess change impacts, determine readiness levels, and develop plans to address any challenges.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with cross-functional partners at all levels, including executives and senior leaders, to gain support for change initiatives.
  • Communication Strategy: Design, develop, and manage communication plans to ensure consistent messaging across the program, and support program-level communications and leadership messaging.
  • Enablement and Training: Create and support enablement plans, provide input for training programs, and deliver training materials to cross-functional teams.
  • Manage Resistance and Change Agents: Identify and address anticipated resistance to change; support and manage change ambassadors and agents for specific initiatives.
  • Measure Change Success: Establish key metrics to track change adoption and program success.
  • Understand Business Processes: Work with business owners and product managers to understand business processes and employee roles, and determine the impact of technology changes on these processes.
  • Develop Project Change Strategy: Create and maintain the Project Change Strategy, including communication, alignment, training, reinforcement, and resistance plans.
  • Lead Change Agent Strategy: Lead the development and execution of the change agent strategy, conducting meetings and guiding change agents.
  • Produce Communication Materials: Write and distribute materials for meetings, emails, newsletters, and other communication channels to ensure messaging aligns with program status and brand.
  • Provide Change Coaching: Offer change coaching to program leaders to support them in guiding their teams through change.
  • Coordinate with Product Owners: Work closely with product owners and service owners to align change initiatives with project business goals and objectives.
  • Document and Convert Technical Information: Convert technical team documentation into clear, process-driven user documentation and enablement materials.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of demonstrated ability working with organizational change implementations; certifications (PROSCI, etc.) is a plus
  • Exceptional listening and communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to empower and influence others to move toward a common vision or goal without authority or a direct reporting relationship
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations across various functions and at all levels in an organization
