Established Arkansas Bank is seeking a Sr. VP Controller to be responsible for accounting operations to include:
the production of periodic regulatory reports
management of a comprehensive set of internal controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk and enhance the accuracy of the financial and regulatory reports
manage the financial team
Base Pay $130-160K + Bonus
Base pay depends on experience
Requirements:
BS Degree - Accounting preferred
CPA license preferred
5+ years of related experience to include in-depth accounting and related Excel and Microsoft Outlook skills
Professionals with "bank audit experience" in a Public Accounting firm are encouraged to apply
Knowledge of state and federal banking compliance regulations
