Yellowstone Surgery Center, founded in 2002, is a joint venture owned and operated by 50 independent physicians and SCL/Intermountain Health. Our center offers outpatient surgical procedures and pain services in a welcoming environment. With the addition of the 23-Hour Overnight Stay Program in 2005 and subsequent facility expansion, we now provide comprehensive care in a 23,000 square foot facility. As a partner of AMP, Athletic Medicine & Performance, we also offer sports medicine services in Southeast Montana.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Radiologic Technologist at Yellowstone Surgery Center in Billings, MT. The Radiologic Technologist will be responsible for performing radiologic examinations, ensuring radiation safety, and assisting healthcare professionals in medicine and radiology.
Qualifications
Radiologic Technology skills and American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
Knowledge of radiation safety protocols
Proficiency in medicine and radiology techniques
Experience in conducting radiologic examinations
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
Ability to manage radiology equipment in the operating room during a surgical procedure in a manner that assures maintenance of the sterile field
Knowledge of, and ability to, disinfect and clean all radiology equipment
