POSITION SUMMARY
AWB is hunting for a Store Leader to build and manage a team of customer-facing style experts in a dynamic retail environment. As the Store Leader, you lead by example, and masterfully navigate ever-changing conditions by making informed and timely decisions that are solutions-focused and drive strong business outcomes. You are an entrepreneur, who is accountable for every aspect of the store's performance inclusive achieving key results, creating a fun culture where people feel supported, and delivering an exceptional in-store experience.
This will be a seasonal position from May-September.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create a selling environment that is focused on a seamless end-to-end experience by engaging with every customer through tailored product education, attending to their unique needs, and adding value to their visit
Emulate the brand aesthetics and embody a strong sense of fashion
Build and maintain ample knowledge of the world of sport and luxury fashion with awareness around fashion trends
the store's hiring strategy, including planning needs, recruitment strategy, projected turnover, and leaves of absence
people-related actions to update team member information, including approving time off requests, approving shift swaps, updating availability, timecards, qualifications, and other employee records as needed
train, and hold the team accountable for maintaining retail standards and store cleanliness
Consistently meet and/or exceed all goals and objectives for your store by monitoring and taking action on relevant key performance metrics to achieve goals and capture opportunities
prepare, and manage the schedule by considering team members' qualifications, availability, and performance to maintain efficiency and effectiveness of operations
overall store product strategy, in accordance with the brand's visual and operational standards, including supervision and execution of receiving, processing, replenishment, merchandising, product drops, stock outs, and exiting
Manage local execution of store opening, renovation, or relocations to maintain project timelines and achieve opening goals
Perform other duties related to the qualifications and requirements of the job as specified in company policies and/or procedures
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree preferred
3+ years retail management experience in a specialty retail environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and POS systems
Excellent leadership skills
Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
to work non-traditional hours, days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

ELIGIBILITY
Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have proof of the Right to Work and evidence relating to associated local legislative requirements (EMEA only)
Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods

To perform the essential functions of this job, you must be able to frequently stand, walk, talk, and hear. You will be required to occasionally sit, reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, or crouch. You will be required to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Near and far-sighted visual acuity and normal depth perception are required.
