We are seeking a Controllerwith Professional Services experience in a CPA Firm, Law Firm, or Insurance Firm with Time & Billing experience. Our ideal candidate will lead and mentor our skilled Senior Accountant team. CFOs2Go is a division of the 2Go Advisory Group, a well-establish consulting firm located in downtown Walnut Creek.

We utilize the best accounting software tools to administrate time & billing and payroll for over thirty consulting partners, our client accounting team and to support our executive recruiting group.
Our ideal candidate will be a seasoned accounting professional with experience in:
Leadership and mentorship
Time & Billing
Payroll
Accounts Payable
General Ledger
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Ability to organize workflow and use time efficiently
Strong attention to detail
Perform in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and ability to adapt to changing priorities and work demands
Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction, follow up on own initiative

Education, Experience and Skills: (Preferred)
BS in accounting or equivalent
2 or more years of hands-on billing experience in a professional services environment
Sage Intacct or (or equivalent accounting software) experience
