Responsibilities:
A strong presence in the local community
Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
Manage and coach a sales/support team to drive agency growth.
Be outstanding at relationship building.
Requirements:
Minimum two (2) years of sales or marketing experience required.
Minimum two (2) years professional office experience required.
Must possess a Property & Casualty Insurance license (or willing to obtain).
Must possess a Life & Health Insurance license (or willing to obtain).
