We are seeking a talented and motivated hospitality professional to serve as the Food & Beverage Director at a stunning hotel property in the beautiful community of Grafton County, New Hampshire. In this pivotal role, you will provide executive leadership and daily management of the hotel's Food & Beverage operations. Your primary responsibilities will be to ensure exceptional service and optimal profitability through the direct oversight and guidance of your dedicated team. This property welcomes guests with beautiful hotel rooms, dining amenities, and catering and event options.
Compensation: $110,000-$120,000 (Commensurate with experience) + Bonus, Health Benefits, 401k and more!
Food & Beverage Director Responsibilities: • Supervise and coordinate all food & beverage outlets and events • Oversee guest services and resolve issues • Train and manage food & beverage personnel • Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant and banquet needs • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Food & Beverage Director Qualifications: • 3-5 years minimum experience in hotel F&B leadership • Strong financial skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and communication skills • Strong attention to detail
