Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfortable with data entry.
Excellent client relationship skills, as will be having daily interaction.
Ability to work (monitoring) closely with various operations team in order to ensure that all the processes and activities have dully executed without error and losses.

Cash, trade operations and or record management experience & knowledge.
What You Will Be Doing
Monitor and ensure transactions processes are executed correctly and are compliant with internal policies and controls.
Resolve inquiries, assist in the investigation, documentation and corrective action implementation of all required issues as directed.
Assist as required for control, risk, daily activities, and transaction services activities.
Cross-train for various internal roles within the department, and provide back-up coverage for those roles as needed, including record management activities.
Anticipate and respond to requests for deliverables from internal and external clients and vendors.
Prepare MIS and analysis as requested.
Support business activities end-to-end, including the process of coordinating with other internal teams.
