This is a full-time on-site role located in greater Reading, PA for a Manufacturing Controller. The Manufacturing Controller will be responsible for overseeing financial operations and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures. They will also provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making, develop budgets and forecasts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing operations and improve profitability.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is strongly preferred
Proven experience as a Controller or similar role in a manufacturing environment
Thorough understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and cost accounting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
