Executive Search Intern Summer 2024 (32 hours/week)

Pinnacle Search Partners, LLC has an opportunity for a Recruiting Intern to join our team and learn the basics of executive search. The Recruiting Intern must be highly motivated, enthusiastic, willing to learn, and committed to excellence. S/he will work alongside Partners, Executive Search Consultants, and Research Managers to learn about search strategy and execution. Interns will be multi-taskers and will be staffed on several searches simultaneously. Many of the tasks are routine and process-oriented, and provide the necessary foundation for growth into a full recruiting position. Core responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Review / assist / partner in candidate pipeline research and management utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other proprietary tools.
  • Assimilate and coordinate competitive market analysis
  • Review resumes, organize appointments, learn how to conduct a candidate interview, and document accurate results in CRM.
  • Conduct research for key target assignments and present findings to the leadership team.
  • Create and /or manage Excel reports and formatting of assigned documents.
  • Learn what tools are utilized for client presentation, take notes during intake, and ensure all are documented in CRM.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as requested.

Qualifications:
  • Current enrollment in Bachelor's Program required; Business, Finance, Marketing, Sales, or Human Resources preferred.
  • Completion of at least 60 semester hours or equivalent at the time of participation in the program.
  • A minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale at the time of application.
  • Self-starter - thrives in environments in which he/she is pointed in the right direction but does not need to be micro-managed.
  • Humble, and willing to be redirected.
  • Tech-savvy - Is proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong administrative detail to document management.
  • Enthusiastic, with a capacity for hard work that is deadline-oriented.
  • Housing is not provided.

You will participate in training during the first week of your internship. This training program will expose you to the Pinnacle Search Partners culture and provide a knowledge base to draw upon throughout the remainder of your internship - and beyond. Interns who complete the program may be considered for full-time employment after graduation.

This program will begin approximately May 13th and will end approximately August 19th, but dates are flexible.
