Job Responsibilities
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct interface with manufacturing and QC to resolve manufacturing issues and to identify areas where opportunities exist to implement improvements.
Address internal and customer complaints by performing root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
Generate quality plans and inspection plans to address specific customer requirements.
Generate and maintain quality management procedures and instructions.
Assist with addressing supplier quality issues as needed.
Review and generate AS9102 First Article Reports.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Three years experience in manufacturing environment preferably manufacturing of Circuit Card Assemblies.
Two years experience working in a QC/QA role.
Experience with reading and interpreting engineering drawings
Experience with AS9102 First Article requirements.
Experience in using root cause and corrective action using tools such as 8D, fishbone and 5 why.
SPECIAL TRAINING/SKILLS REQUIRED:
Current or past J-STD-001 and/or IPC-A-610. Trainer Certification a plus.
Experience with Micro Vu Vision System or equivalent.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $31.25 - $31.25 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
