Description
The Telehealth Program Director will be responsible for coordinating Telehealth programs for LT Telehealth and Locumtenens.com. This role will provide guidance, consultation, and expertise as well as day-to-day administrative direction of the program's activities to drive the adoption and utilization of telemedicine
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:
Drives and Supports Telehealth Business Development - 50%
Work collaboratively within the telehealth team and with sales associates and managers in every division
Identify areas of opportunity for tele-health growth within LT business divisions
Routinely assess, implement, and develop telehealth processes leading to best practices
Engage with clients to define telehealth solutions and overcome barriers to entry
Helps identify technology needed to provide telehealth solution in various specialties
Acts as the Locumtenens.Com Telehealth Subject Matter Expert for All Clients - 50%
Train associates on clinical solutions as they apply to deploying options within different specialty lines
Educate associates/clients on current rules and regulations surrounding telehealth
QUALIFICATIONS - EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS
Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Advanced Science degree with significant nursing/medical experience required
7+ years of clinical experience and 3+ years of telemedicine experience, with the understanding of current telemedicine clinical solutions for healthcare facilities preferred
Previous telehealth experience required
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
Working knowledge of Salesforce or relative CRM systems
Working knowledge of document management systems
