Job Description:

ExecuSource has partnered with a global technology company in search for a Sr. Sales Support Administrator in Suwanee, GA. This role during training will be 100% onsite, with flexibility for hybrid in the future. Candidates must have experience performing finance responsibilities, including accounts receivable and/or accounts payable, as that will encompass 60% of the responsibilities in this role.

This pivotal position will collaborate closely with the VP of Sales and Business Development and the US team to drive our ambitious growth agenda. Reporting to the Finance Manager based in the UK, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

As Senior Sales Support Administrator, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing daily administrative tasks, maintaining office efficiency, and performing A/R and A/P duties. Your dedication to the company's success, coupled with strong organizational and administrative skills, will be key.

What you get to do:
  • Managing office functions, including processing product orders and handling customer inquiries
  • Supervising warehouse operations and inventory management, including shipping and receiving
  • Organizing marketing activities such as managing product literature and coordinating trade exhibitions
  • Inputting and managing orders on our ERP system
  • Handling accounts receivable and payable tasks, including invoicing, supplier payments, and credit control
  • Proactively planning customer orders to ensure timely delivery and providing regular updates to customers
  • Assisting in various tasks to support sales growth initiatives
  • Collaborating with the UK-based Finance and Sales teams to fulfill your duties
  • Providing administrative support to US Business Managers as needed

What you need to succeed:
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Word and Excel
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Extensive customer service experience
  • Previous work experience in a fast-paced technical or sales office environment
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Finance background
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Inside sales experience
