Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive General Operations Admin to oversee the daily operations of our rental properties. The ideal candidate will ensure that all aspects of property management, including guest relations, property maintenance, and staff coordination, run smoothly and efficiently. This role is pivotal in enhancing operational procedures, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of property management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations to ensure smooth execution and coordination of all rental activities.

- Follow established operational systems, processes, and best practices to improve organizational efficiency and ensure guest satisfaction.

- Oversee relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, ensuring timely and cost-effective service delivery.

- Perform routine property inspections to maintain compliance with standards and quickly resolve any arising issues.

- Address guest concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions.

- Job responsibilities are not solely confined to those previously mentioned; expect to continuously learn and expand upon them.

Qualifications:

- At least 2-3 years of experience in the hospitality or rental property management industry.

- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in property management software including but not limited to Monday.com and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under pressure.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
