Accurate Personnel is looking to bring on a skilled Inventory Control Manager in to one of the top food distribution companies in the US! This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, supervising team leads and associates, and ensuring inventory integrity!
Salary: $75,000+ based on experience
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations in Inventory Control for all shifts, ensuring compliance with safety, production, and sanitation standards.
Manage cycle count programs, pick location management, and inventory reporting.
Conduct problem-solving to address root causes and research PO discrepancies.
Monitor warehouse inventories to minimize shortages and TOS.
Assign duties, schedule breaks, and conduct evaluations for team members.
Address customer concerns/complaints and maintain a positive work environment.
Operate forklifts as needed for inventory management and warehouse tasks.
Must be flexible to work any shift as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Excel, and WMS system literacy.
Excellent communication skills and ability to implement inventory programs.
Some college-level management education preferred, along with 2 years of warehouse supervisory experience.
Must be able to lift up to 10lbs and work in a Distribution Center environment.
