We're seeking Senior Product Manager with in-depth experience in Items Management.
Product Management Lead: managing product vision, execution, and talent.
Must have experience of building large custom inhouse platforms using modern technology stacks with huge user base (30 to 50K B2B users) for enterprise merchandising and/or Supply Chain.
Must have proven experience as a Product Leader who is passionate and aspiring progression in career, in pursuit of solving newer and bigger challenges, brings passion to product on day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy for the merchandising and items category.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings.
Collaborate with the merchandising team to curate a product assortment that meets customer demand and aligns with brand positioning.
Work closely with the product development team to bring new items to market, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure a coordinated effort in launching and promoting products.
Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators to evaluate the success of products and make data-driven decisions.
Communicate product strategies, updates, and performance to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
years of experience as a Product Manager, specifically focused in Items Management
of GDSN
Experience with Item Data Model/Item MDM
Experience with Item Setup and Management Processes and proven results showing impact on Customer Shopping Experience
Familiarity with GS1 standards
Problem-Solving in Items Management
Retail industry experience is a huge plus
Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications.
