Job Description:

• Design and maintain foundry tooling to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with specifications.
• Generate and evaluate casting and pattern quotations to support new projects.
• Collaborate across global teams for product launches and engineering initiatives.
• Drive process improvements and cost reductions using Six Sigma and other quality/lean tools.
• Conduct training for team members as required.
• Adhere to and champion safety protocols.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum 5 years in pattern building and familiarity with gating and risering techniques.
• Experience in foundry processes, proficient in CAD (SolidWorks), and familiar with Microsoft Office.
• Proactive and excellent communication skills; capable of working well in diverse settings.
• Flexible and able to travel as needed.
