My client is looking for a Network Architect to join them on a 1-year Extendable contract.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The role requires a flexible, senior/lead engineer who is capable of managing multiple work streams in a fast-paced enterprise environment. Manage the P1/P2 MIM bridges and handle customer escalations.
Requirements:
Should have 12-14+ years of relevant experience.
Strong Knowledge and hands on experience in Cisco catalyst switches and Nexus 5k, 7k, 9k etc.
Knowledge and hands on experience in OSPF, ISIS, BGP, IP MPLS in enterprise or service provider networks
Excellent skills in Configuring and troubleshooting Cisco routers and switches, firewalls.
Must have : Very good understanding of new age technologies like Cisco Firepower, ASA, Checkpoint etc and Zscaler
Responsibility for various stages of the network operations and development. This may include: design, analysis, configuration, testing and fixing issues with the network infrastructure or application components
Responsible for patch management, driving code updates, inventory management.
To assist in the planning, design, and implementation, of data network projects.
Provide technical support for projects as required
