Our client is an investment firm and they are looking for a Sr. Associate with a strong background in acquisitions, who will focus on industrial investments in TX.
Responsibilities:
Spearheaded due diligence efforts for real estate acquisitions, conducting financial analysis and market research to assess investment opportunities.
Played a key role in negotiating purchase agreements and financing arrangements, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
Collaborated with senior management to develop investment strategies, contributing to the growth and success of the real estate portfolio.
Qualifications:
4-8 years of experience in acquisitions
Industrial experience required
TX experience preferred
must have full deal experience, including sourcing
