Trillium Construction is hiring for a Field Engineer for a long-term civil construction project in Lancaster, TN. This position is a full-time, direct-hire position, with great pay and benefits!
Duties:
Learn construction practices as required for compliance with federal, state, and local codes; industry standards; company procedures; contractual requirements; etc.
Assists the Project Manager with required documents and information to support the successful completion of construction activities.
Serves as resource for project specifications, procedures, relevant portions of contract, etc.
Attends construction project meetings and safety meetings as assigned.
Compensation:
Annual salary between $65,000 - $75,000
$250/week per diem + paid housing for those who qualify

Qualifications:
B.S. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
0-2 years' experience on bridge and/or steel structures
Must be proficient with AutoCAD, and MS Office programs
Must be able to legally work in the United States.
Must be willing to work in a drug-free environment and agree to a post offer drug test.
Must be willing to work safely and keep OSHA recordable incidents to a minimum
