The Hilton Boston Park Plaza is searching for a talented full-time Housekeeping Floor Managerto help lead their team!This property is conveniently located downtown steps away from the Public Garden, Theater District, and many of the city's most popular historic sites.Boasting 1,060 rooms, 4 outlets, and 70,000+ square feet of meeting space, this beautifully vibrant downtown property offers a great next step for a talented/experienced hospitality leader looking for a new and exciting career move.

This position will report to the Director of Housekeeping Services and will oversee a large housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will be an energetic and passionate leader who enjoys being a team player, has prior union experience in a hotel environment, has a passion for implementing policies and procedures, and has 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role (required).

What will l be doing?

As a Housekeeping Floor Manager, you will support the Housekeeping Department by ensuring the upkeep and
cleanliness of the entire hotel. Specifically, a Housekeeping Floor Manager will perform the following tasks to the highest
standards:

- Allocate work duties to Team Members
- Perform routine inspections of all check out rooms and spot checks of all occupied rooms
- Report and follow up on any maintenance defects or other issues
- Inspect, routinely, service areas, store rooms and corridors
- Schedule and supervise deep cleaning and any other projects
- Manage and train Room Attendants and other Team Members to ensure their performance is to the standards required
- Manage, efficiently, stock control and the maintenance of equipment
- Provide excellent Guest service, including VIP and other special requirements
- Ensure the adherence to hotel brand standards at all times
