Senior Vice President of Software Delivery

About the Position:

The Senior Vice President of Software Delivery will be responsible for leading multiple agile software delivery teams, the enterprise architecture function, and contact center technology delivery. This role is pivotal in driving our cloud-first strategy and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, sustainable, and reliable enterprise software solutions that enhance our customer experience and operational efficiency.

In this senior leadership position, you will mentor agile delivery teams to cultivate an engineering culture of high performance and continuous improvement. You will oversee the enterprise architecture for the bank to align with our strategic goals, delivering scalable, resilient, and secure solutions. Managing the technology delivery for our digital, lending, servicing and contact center technology, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer journey and satisfaction. You will continue to transform our software delivery processes to be more agile, customer-centric, and quality-focused, collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn strategic vision into tangible execution plans. Your drive for innovation will leverage teams to deliver results that contribute to the bank's success, applying an engineering mindset to build sustainable and reliable enterprise software that stands the test of time.

We are looking for someone with extensive experience in software engineering and software delivery roles within the financial services sector, strong leadership skills, and experience in managing diverse teams. You should have in-depth knowledge of agile methodologies, enterprise architecture, cloud (AWS or Azure), software engineering, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of the organization. You should be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Additional Information:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field desired

  • CISA or CISSP certification preferred but not required.

  • Experienced in banking and related regulations and implementing in an technology capacity.

  • Understanding of ITIL service management processes such as incident, service desk, change, service continuity, as well as problem management desired

  • Experience participating in Business Continuity and/or Cyber Incident response exercises a must.
