Process all trade-ins and break-aparts in accordance with procedure in Policy and Procedures Guide
Receive incoming merchandise including completion of proper paperwork, computer entry, and receiving log
Request return authorizations as needed from vendors
Make vendor inquiries concerning overdue shipments or special orders
Relate repair estimate cost and time to customers
Send out ring cleaning, inspection notification cards, and Thank You cards each month to customers
Manage voucher distribution reconciliation
Maintain aging layaway summary
Print, audit, and reconcile Cash Drawer Reports
Audit case counts
Prepare and participate in all inventories
Maintain price changes and merchandise tags
Place orders with Corporate Supply (CPS), as approved by Manager
