This role is responsible for providing marketing communications support for the marketing and sales teams. This requires management of trade-show activities and digital marketing channels, as well as approval of external communications for trademark compliance.
Essential Functions:
Works with marketing teams and corporate marketing communications group to create effective promotional tools.
Aids the internal web team by providing improvements needed to better serve our customers.
Coordinates logistics for trade shows, customer conferences, webinars, and seminars. Works with internal and external resources to ensure proper event collateral and exhibits for key events and shows.
Tracks effectiveness of marketing channels and provides recommendations as appropriate.
Manages literature and sample fulfillment to ensure inventory availability.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field. May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.

Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Excel for budget management and basic analytics.
