Salary: $110,000.00 USD Annually - $125,000.00 USD Annually

Description:
The Production Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the bakery production processes. The successful candidate will lead a team, ensure adherence to quality standards, and contribute to the company's commitment to delivering exceptional bakery products. This position requires a deep understanding of bakery operations, strong leadership skills, and a passion for maintaining the highest standards of quality.


Key Responsibilities:

Production Oversight:

• Manage day-to-day bakery production activities, from ingredient preparation to final product packaging.


• Ensure efficient workflows, timely production schedules, and adherence to quality and safety protocols.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of production staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.


• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the production team.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures to uphold product quality standards.


• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any issues related to product quality and consistency.

Process Improvement:

• Analyze production data to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and increased efficiency.


• Implement best practices to optimize production workflows and enhance overall productivity.

Inventory Management:

• Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with procurement to ensure adequate stock.


• Implement inventory control measures to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred


• Proven experience as a Production Manager 5+years


• In-depth knowledge of bakery production processes, equipment, and industry best practices.


• Strong leadership and communication skills.


• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements.


• Familiarity with food safety regulations and quality control standards.
