What You'll Contribute
  • Marketplace Strategy and Product Management Support
  • Understand dynamics of multi-sided marketplaces and motivation of their participants; incentives to maximize participation.
  • Bring best practices to define the commercial structure and strategy of the marketplace.
  • Conduct competitive analyses to position FICO's marketplace effectively.
  • Provide a B2B marketplace perspective and feedback loop to inform product requirements.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market plan, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Relationship Management
  • Cultivate and maintain effective working and trusted advisor relationships with a variety of partner stakeholders.
  • Lead discussions or evangelize the value of the FICO ecosystem and marketplace in a variety of settings, including client and partner meetings, internal meetings and industry events.
  • Communicate relevant information effectively to diverse audiences and recommend options for participants.
  • Marketplace Growth
  • Collaborate with FICO's account teams and existing partners to ensure optimal adoption of and participation in FICO's marketplace.
  • Identify and attract key new partners to participate in FICO's marketplace in pursuit of our ecosystem strategy.
  • Drive participation in the AWS marketplace to maximize benefit for FICO.
  • Continuously scan the landscape for other relevant industry-specific marketplaces and ecosystems that FICO and FICO partners should participate in to drive expansion of the ecosystem.
  • Work with potential partners across all phases, from solution conceptualization, through deal structuring and negotiation, to successful closure and implementation.
  • Marketing Support
  • Support creation of thought leadership and marketplace collateral, executive briefings, and industry event presentations.
  • Perform strategic reviews of web presence, marketing materials, promotional materials for FICO's marketplace and FICO's presence in other marketplaces.

  • Collaborative Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, marketing, and operations, to drive alignment and execution of marketplace strategies.
  • Adaptability and Resilience: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapt quickly to changes, and maintain resilience in the face of challenges and setbacks.
  • Marketplace Experience: Prior experience working with or managing marketplaces, preferably in the B2B, fintech or technology sector, with a deep understanding of marketplace dynamics, trends, and best practices.
