Job Description:
We are currently hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team on night shifts at Arbor Post Acute. As an integral member of our nursing staff, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents. Your dedication and clinical expertise will contribute to enhancing the well-being and overall quality of life for our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
- Monitor and assess residents' health and well-being, noting any changes in condition and ensuring timely interventions.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families, fostering a compassionate and nurturing environment.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of residents' medical history, assessments, and care provided.
- Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers, ensuring a smooth transition of care.
- Participate in team meetings, educational programs, and ongoing training to stay current with best practices and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of CA
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting is preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

The Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA) position provides quality care to residents; implements specific procedures and programs; reports pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responds to inquiries or requests for information; and assists the immediate supervisor with tasks to support department operations.
