About the Role:Are you a recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate with a passion for traffic engineering and a thirst for innovation? We're looking for someone like you to join our team! As a Traffic Engineer at WSB, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside highly skilled and experienced professionals in an integrated environment. What You'll Do:

• Conduct traffic analysis using industry-standard software tools to model and simulate traffic flow and congestion.
• Utilize design software for traffic design projects, fostering creativity and innovation.
• Perform traffic safety analysis to ensure the safety and efficiency of transportation systems.
• Review traffic data, forecast traffic demand, and contribute to the development of design traffic.
• Assist in the preparation of transportation planning documents, such as traffic reports and studies.
• Contribute to report writing and documentation processes to communicate findings effectively.

What You'll Bring:

• A bachelor's or higher degree in civil engineering, transportation engineering, or a related field from an accredited university.
• Strong academic performance and achievements, showcasing your dedication and expertise.
• Knowledge of traffic engineering principles and practices, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• A positive attitude and strong teamwork ethics, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a desire to grow professionally in the field of traffic engineering.
• A record of successful internships or other work experiences, demonstrating your commitment and capability.
• Attention to detail and a passion for excellence in all aspects of your work.
• EIT (Engineer in Training) certification is preferred but not required.
