We are excited to be recruiting a Senior Brand Manager Central Eastern Europe (CEE) Cluster to join our dynamic CEE Cluster Marketing Team. This position will report to the Head of CEE Cluster Marketing and will be responsible for management of portfolio of brands to achieve company objectives at CEE level.
As Senior Brand Manager CEE Cluster you will have fundamental role in developing the strategies for assigned portfolio for all countries in the region and work very closely with local countries’ Activation Teams to ensure excellent implementation.
Scope of the Role
Develop annual marketing plans and monitor-guide-coach the successful implementation of brands’ strategy at country level.
Development & execution of Media Strategies in close cooperation with Central Marketing & Media group.
Drive the innovation pipeline (new brand and line extensions launches) in line with the central opportunities and local market insights, incl. business case building, go-to-market plan, marketing mix and implementation.
Monitor markets’ dynamics and identify business/marketing opportunities.
Monitor brands’ performance across all key metrics and propose corrective actions as required.
Perform competition intelligence, market trends analysis & identify consumer insights and their implications on the business, using market research and in collaboration with local countries.
Responsible for managing brand P&L, in line with targets, to ensure financial shape
Ownership of CEE marketing budget on assigned brands
Lead internal alignment meetings (Local Countries & Central Marketing) /reviews for assigned brands with active involvement in delivering Selling stories/ NPDs info – Selling Stories/ MKTG Strategy support /A&Ps allocation
Creation of Master CEE Brand toolkits following Central Marketing Toolkits for assigned portfolio and lead all internal alignments with local RA & Activation teams
Cross-functional collaboration with key departments (Activation teams, Sales, E-commerce, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Affairs, Finance, Supply) and close cooperation with external partners (creative, media, market research agencies) to ensure alignment, successful and on-time execution of the marketing strategy/ plans and achievement of brands’ objectives.

Relevant University degree (Marketing/Economics/Business Administration)
At least 5 years of previous experience (OTC, FMCG)
Strong analytical & strategic thinking
