About the role:

As a Bilingual Customer Support Representative at TQL, you will be the first point of contact for customers who need assistance with accounting-related issues. Your main responsibilities will include managing and routing incoming calls and help desk tickets, collaborating with TQL partners and your team members to provide initial assistance for accounting issues, and achieving ticket-resolution production goals.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Respond to incoming calls professionally and courteously, addressing inquires and resolving concerns
  • Ensure assigned tickets meet team quality standards and achieve production goals
  • Manage ticket volume in the queue to maintain efficiency
  • Troubleshoot incoming more complex problems and provide guidance for common issue and problem resolution to additional team members
  • Document detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in TQL’s ticketing system
  • Create tickets for customers and sales floor calls requiring action
  • Follow up on interdepartmental issues involving parties to ensure exceptional customer service is delivered

What you need:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • 1+ years of customer service or related experience
  • Hall of fame work ethic with a history of excellent attendance
  • Strong verbal communication skills – face to face and over the phone
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and see tasks through completion
