Reporting to Area Sales Manager the Sales Representative will act as an integral member of the sales team by ensuring the achievement of company’s objectives.
Scope of the Role
Coordinates sales and promoting activities in pharmacies in allocated area to achieve plans in accordance with the company’s policy
Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of traders.
Establishes new accounts
Planning and organizing daily work schedule and servicing existing accounts
Identify new opportunities, investigate problems and develop solutions
Prepare reports
Maintains professional and technical knowledge as company’s requirements
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Experience Required
University degree
English, fluent will be consider as a plus.
Experienced in sales (experience in the Pharmacy sector will be consider as a plus)
Strong negotiation, communication, and consultative sales skills
