Regional Business Process Owner Purchasing EMEA (m/f/d)
You drive process and system standardization and harmonization, in agreement with the Global BPR. Your efforts contribute to overall performance within the purchasing process area
You define short-term and long-term development requirements for S/4HANA and other IT systems, in collaboration with the Global BPR and the Regional BPO NAFTA & APAC
You play a crucial role in training and developing local Key-Users as process and system experts
You establish and facilitate a community of process experts within your region. This community continuously exchanges insights on process execution, harmonization, and business requirements around S/4HANA and other IT systems
Together with the Global BPR you conduct local process audits to ensure the highest level of process harmonization from a global perspective
YOUR PROFILE
University degree in Business Administration, Economics & Engineering or a comparable qualification
Several years of relevant work experience
With a solid foundation in SAP R3 systems and S/4HANA, you will bring the ability to navigate and execute procurement-related tasks within these systems (Material Management module)
A minimum of five years of hands-on experience in international projects, your capacity to navigate cross-functional team dynamics is proven
An agile mindset characterizes your approach, enabling you to adapt with agility to evolving requirements and priorities, coupled with strong communication skills that ensure effective collaboration across global teams
Your comprehensive understanding of the purchasing process, from requisition through to order placement, receipt, and invoice verification, underscores your expertise
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, ensures your ability to communicate seamlessly, facilitating clear and effective exchanges
