Marketing Coordinator

The CESS Marketing Coordinator will ensure that CESS' programs and services are well-known throughout Vermont and national arenas to promote and support the recruitment of academically qualified and diverse graduate students.
This position will have primary responsibility for the concept development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns and media capital in support of graduate enrollment management activities. While primarily focused on CESS graduate program marketing and enrollment development, this position will also partner with CESS strategic communications to establish a national and international digital presence that showcases the work, outcomes and value of CESS as demonstrated via the research, teaching and engagement of our faculty, centers and institutes. Reports to the Associate Dean for Graduate, Non-Degree and Research Programming.
Bachelor's degree and two to five years related experience. Must have expertise in advertising and managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok and other emerging technologies; expertise in creative software such as Adobe InDesign/Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and video production skills (iPhone etc). Strong understanding of Higher Education highly desirable.
The candidate must have a creative mind, strong writing skills, attention to detail, a friendly disposition, and a strong grounding in a DEIJ lens and approach to the work of CESS.
$55,000 to $65,000/year
