Senior Process Associate

In the role of Senior Process Associate - Mail Services you will be responsible for printing and sending correspondence to multiple customers. You will be computer savvy and pay close attention to detail while utilizing MS office programs as well as proprietary systems. You'll maintain a positive and professional demeanor and possess good communication skills.

Location for this position is Des Moines, IA. This role requires you to be on-site 5 days per week.

Qualifications:

Required

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent


• At least 1 years of experience in the job description below

Preferred

• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team


• Must be local to Des Moines, IA area

Responsibilities:

• Print and mail documents with PII for different customers


• Computer navigation including Word and Excel
