Warehouse Associate TEMP-TO-PERM $17.00 an hour Northborough, MA




Schedule: Mon - Fri 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM


The Warehouse Associates are responsible for various processing tasks, including wiping, testing, and plug/play functions of assets. Additionally, they handle sorting, storing, handling, verifying, and preparing products for customers while ensuring the safety and organization of the production/warehouse environment.



Duties:
* Verify the quantity and accuracy of assets in the designated area.
* Connect assets to the Wipe/Testing system.
* Utilize the Wipe/Test system to ensure proper processing of products.
* Evaluate assets according to Grading Specifications.
* Maintain compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
* Demonstrate organizational and time-management skills.
* Conduct detailed inspections of outgoing products.
* Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory cycle counts.



Preferred Skills:

* Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting boxes, and being on feet for extended periods.
* Experience with data entry using Microsoft NAV or other inventory control software.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook.
* Strong communication skills.
* Proven ability to execute tasks efficiently.
