Immediately hiring for BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - MEDICAL SALES

Position type: Full-time/Direct Hire

Location: REMOTE




BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - MEDICAL SALES

REGIONALLY REMOTE- PA, NJ, NY, MD, DE, drivable or flyable to Exton PA. They would ideally like someone local but will hire remote if necessary.
Salary- $80k + Bonus (Total comp can be as high as $137k)
MUST have Electrical/ Safety sales experience

Main Duties and Responsibilities


  • Follow all Safety Policies and Procedures and safety requirements of our customers.

  • Vigorously identify, qualify, pursue, and close business opportunities with new and existing customers.

  • Engage with various stakeholders in the Healthcare System Maintenance ecosystem.

  • Utilize Salesforce and other SaaS tools for lead generation and customer interaction.

  • Report weekly on sales activities, keeping the sales pipeline accurate and up to date.

  • Ability to gain support from colleagues across teams to achieve high customer satisfaction.

  • Document activity in a timely and accurate manner in CRM.

Other Duties
  • Attend company events related to sales and new business acquisition.

  • Assist in the review and development of technical and marketing collateral.

  • Travel to customer sites as needed.

Requirements
  • 3 years' experience in a sales or business development role as an electrical manufacturer providing equipment into the healthcare (Hospitals, Ambulatory Surgery Center, etc.) or critical infrastructure segments.

  • 4-year degree from accredited institution

  • Powerful desire to develop new business

  • Experience navigating a matrixed organization

  • Effective presentation, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time

  • Must be experienced with Microsoft Office tools and CRM tools

  • Familiarity with the function and usage of basic low voltage electrical distribution equipment

  • Experience working with and through a third-party representative network preferred

  • Some knowledge of the electrical construction industry and electrical grounding principles preferred
