NMC is looking for a Yard Coordinator responsible for the general maintenance, tracking and organization of equipment within the yard. You'll oversee the shipping and receiving of new, used and rental equipment then regularly maintain the inventory systems ensuring its accuracy and rectifying any discrepancies. The Yard Coordinator will work with customers, freight companies and NMC Transport to load and unload equipment. You'll operate many different types of equipment such as skid loaders, excavators, dozers, forklifts, boom lifts and scissor lifts which you will receive training andcertification as required. You may often operate the wash bay as well. If you enjoy supporting operations to run smoothly and efficiently, this position may be right for you!

SAFETY EXPECTATIONS
Follow all safety related processes and procedures as outlined by company policies, safety handbooks, training, procedures, related communications, and all directives passed down by Direct Manager or Manager of Safety and DOT Compliance
Utilize all equipment and tools for its intended purpose as per manufacturers design in a safe manner
Attend and participate in safety meetings and related functions
Practice good housekeeping practices at all times and report safety issues immediately to Direct Manager
Be aware of all emergency action plan procedures for your assigned work location and be prepared to act accordingly in the event of an emergency
Participate in and complete all required safety trainings within the time frame allotted
