Job Description
We are searching for a Senior Technical Consultant to provide services as a UI/UX Designer for CAI in NJ. Experience with Pega System is preferred. This position will be full-time and Hybrid (2 days onsite).
What You'll Do
Collaborate with different teams
Negotiate with users and team members
Train staff on the user of UX/UI design and tools
Resource will require the skills to perform the following job duties (plus other related duties as assigned)
Planning and conducting user research
Interpreting data and qualitative feedback
Creating user stories, personas and storyboards
Determining information architecture and creating sitemaps
Creating prototypes and wireframes
Conducting usability testing
Work with a Pega UI/UX consultant and have opportunity to learn about Pega UI/UX
What You'll Need
Required:
Solid understanding of user experience design
Sold understanding of front-end code such as HTML and CSS
Fluent in user-centered design best practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Empathy (Must be able to understand or feel what people are experiencing from their frame of reference)

Should have extensive knowledge of the following Adobe products: XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Dreamweaver
Should have extensive knowledge of web development including HTML5 and CSS3
Work experience in UI/UX design patterns
Work experience in HTML and CSS
Work experience creating user stories, personas and storyboards
Determining information architecture and creating sitemaps
Work experience creating prototypes and wireframes
Work experience conducting usability testing
Work experience interpreting requirements to create UI designs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate with internal and external groups
4 years of designing and documenting User Interface and User Experience
5 years of overall technical and IT experience
1 year of Adobe XD
4 years of Dreamweaver
4 years of HTML5
4 years of CSS3
1 year of Pega Platform (Desired)
1 year experience with Figma (Desired)
4-year college degree or equivalent technical study
Preferred:
Knowledge of the Pega platform
Knowledge of state court systems
Physical Demands

Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
