Dynamic organization with global operations is seeking a Director of Sourcing and Procurement. This role requires strong leadership abilities, exceptional communicaton skills and a strategic mindset to drive operational excellence and compliance within an organization.

Centralization of Procure-to-Pay Strategy
Performance Measurement and Contract Management
Supplier Compliance Monitoring
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role; strong leadership skills with ability to manage and develop a team.
5+ years of experience in procurement, with a focus on process improvement and project management.
Proven experience in developing and implementing procurement strategies, preferably within a global organization.
Knowledge of industry standards and proficient with Procurement tools and procure-to-pay and sourcing processes.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends and drive informed decision-making.
Experience in M&A integration and supplier management is a plus.
