Reporting to the President, the Vice President of Manufacturing will provide the vision, process, and technical direction for the Production and Compounding teams. The successful candidate will work to improve all aspects and the effectiveness of the production lines and compounding process for existing and new products while continuing to enhance the company's exceptionally high-quality standards. They will coach, develop, and empower a 125-person team to ensure future objectives are met and that employees have the promotional and growth opportunities they seek. They will continuously improve and automate core processes, leverage robotics, and use KPIs to drive excellence in operations.
They will have 10+ years of cosmetics or skincare manufacturing experience, a demonstrated path of success, and increased responsibility, including 5+ years managing a team. We expect the successful candidate to have a passion for process improvement, an appreciation and excitement for the complexity of contract manufacturing, and be driven by the desire for continuous learning, including technical and engineering advances, leadership development, and personnel management.
