Requirements
Demonstrated General Liability Experience, including depositions, court appearances, and preparation and argument of motions
JD from an ABA-Approved Law School
Active license to practice law in the state of Georgia
4+ years of experience at a defense firm (ideal)
Strong writing and speaking skills
Proven ability to manage complex cases
Outstanding analytical skills
Ability to conduct depositions and manage discovery
Passion for litigation
Additional Information
Salary will vary depending on years of experience, and in addition to the base salary, quarterly and annual bonuses are also available.
