Gatehouse Attendant - $19.50/hour at Admiralty Point Condo Association in Naples, Florida

Job Description:

Admiralty Point Condominium is a beautiful, upscale high-rise condominium in Naples right on Doctor's Pass.  There are two residential buildings, tennis courts, boat slips, car wash, pool, spa, and fitness center.  

We are interested in hiring a friendly, responsible gatehouse attendant to join our team.  Shift hours are 6am to 2pm for this part time position.  Our gatehouse team works closely with our maintenance team to coordinate the owners, guests, visitors, and vendors on site.  

REQUIREMENTS:

• The ability to cover day shifts (6am - 2pm or 2pm - 10pm) as needed is essential 
• Flexibility to cover other shifts as necessary (vacation, sick leave, emergencies)
• Professional, friendly, and reliable team player
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to maintain good relationships with owners, vendors, and other staff members
• Ability to multi task, basic phone and computer skills
• Successful background check
• Prior experience and local resident preferred
