The Role:
As a VP of Marketing, you will lead the strategy & execution of marketing efforts within Zendrop. The ideal candidate will be data savvy, creative, and have experience leading marketing teams within a dynamic and high growth startup.
Where You'll Work:
This is a predominately remote role but we are seeking someone local to South Florida (Miami to Jupiter), willing to relocate to South Florida, or willing to travel often to South Florida.
What You'll Bring:
7+ years of experience leading Marketing teams, preferably in consumer SaaS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field; a master's degree is a plus
Proven success in senior marketing roles, preferably within the consumer SaaS industry or related technology sectors
Experience in startup environments or similar high-growth settings is preferred
Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes and continuous improvement
Strong and highly technical data-driven approach to decision-making
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive business growth and achieve revenue targets
History of successfully managing and scaling paid ads, social channels, and SEO traffic
Deep understanding of design, funnels, plans / pricing, branding, high-converting ad production, and conversion rate optimization
What You'll Be Doing:
Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive individual and collective success
Budget Management: Oversee marketing budget allocation, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing return on investment
Analytics and Reporting: Validating and leveraging data-driven insights to evaluate marketing performance, optimize campaigns, and inform strategic decision-making
Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, market trends, and customer insights
Branding & Design: Cultivate and maintain a strong brand identity with beautiful and modern designs that resonates with our target audience and sets us apart in the market across all channels
Lead Generation: Develop the overall strategy and work with the team on executing to drive lead generation efforts through targeted campaigns, content marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and other relevant channels
Content Creation: Overseeing the strategy, messaging, and quality of content across social media, podcasts, and ads
Customer Acquisition: Implement effective strategies to acquire new customers and expand our market reach, utilizing both traditional and innovative marketing tactics
Product Marketing: Collaborate with our product team to ensure effective product feature launches, positioning, and messaging that address customer needs and competitive landscape
Conversion Rate Optimization: modifying ads, pages, funnels, and offers to maximize conversion and LTV
